What to Expect

We can work together for a certain number of sessions or an indefinite number. It all depends on your concerns and aims. I usually meet with clients on the same day and time weekly for a 50-60-minute session. The first 3-5 sessions are a trial period to see how we work together. After these first few sessions, we will review how it’s been so far, discuss what worked well for you, and personalise the therapy more. If we are not the best fit, we can discuss alternative support, such as referring you to a trusted colleague or looking into other services that may meet your needs.
